Onion pasta
Instructions
Peel, slice the onions to the veil.
Put in 1 pan the oil with onions and let them dry in low heat, for about 20 minutes, until they are nearly defeats; Join now and then a little water to prevent fries.
Add the onions, tomato puree, salt and cook for a quarter of an hour.
Then pour the cream and incorporate 2 handfuls of parmesan and cook another 3 minutes.
Then pour the sauce on noodles cooked al dente and stir.

- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 3 big onions
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 350 g of tomato paste
