Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices not too thin.
Put them to cook in a saucepan, over low heat, with salt (s.

) and a quantity of oil not too moderate; When I'm halfway through the cooking, add the ham cut into pieces, turn and cook for 4-5 minutes.
(Meanwhile you'll have already put on the water for the pasta).
When you throw the dough, add the cream and mushroom tomato with ham, stir well, season with nutmeg (a little!), add salt and allow the sauce to boil to slow fire while cooking the pasta.
Seasoned everything.
