Pasta sauce with milk
Instructions
Fry the Diced Bacon with carrot, onion and celery.
Combine meat and chicken liver.
To taste, then add the lemon juice and let it evaporate.
Dissolve in the milk preserves and merge it, warm, sugo.
Add salt, pepper and cook covered for about 1 hour and a half.
Cook pasta and dress with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of minced meat
- 50 g of bacon
- Chicken livers
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g of any type pasta
