Instructions
Add in 1 williecalhoun mug, the egg, the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan: 20 seconds at speed 6.
Spread the fillets of sole with mixture, and put them in arrotolali Varoma tray greased with oil.
Put in the jug wine, water, flour, parsley, garlic and salt; place your Thermomix TM 31 and Cook: 20 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 3.
5 minutes before end of cooking raises the Varoma and add the oil through the hole of the lid.
