Pasta with cauliflower
Instructions
Boil cauliflower for 15 minutes in salted water.
Divide it into florets.
Prepare a sauce with olive oil, tomato, garlic, Basil and parsley.
Apart from melt a knob of butter, 3 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs, stirring often, then add the cauliflower and Brown.
Boil the pasta, drain it, pour into a soup tureen and serve with tomato sauce, cauliflower and Parmesan.
Stir well and serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta shells
- 300 g of cauliflower
- 150 g of tomato
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Basil
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Walnut 1 of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
