Raw butter pasta
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the soup tureen by filling it with boiling water.
When the pasta is ready, drain it, but not too much, empty the bowl, dry it and put the dough, condendola with half the Parmesan.
Turn over carefully and then put the softened butter, cut into pieces, stirring again.
Serve in warm dishes, accompanied with Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 40 g of fresh butter (softened to room temperature)
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
