Instructions
Cut into 3 slices of artichokes and cook in the broth.
Keep by this water to cook pasta.
Boil the artichokes and 3 other spappolateli mixing the bechamel sauce enriched with Parmesan.
Season the pasta with artichokes cooked in broth and a bit of sauce prepared previously.
Place the dough in a buttered baking dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
