Pasta with capers
Instructions
Wash the capers with cold water, then dry them well and chop together parsley leaves Peel and wash, the Rosemary and Sage leaves washed.
Put the mince in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and season with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cook the trenette al dente and pay it into a bowl.
Dilute the sauce with capers 1 tablespoon pasta cooking water and pour it over the trenette.
Stir and serve with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type trenette pasta
- 2 tablespoons of salted capers
- Parsley
- Some of rosemary
- 2 leaves sage
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Grana
- Salt
