Put in a pan 150 cl of water, chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery and nut, add salt and cook for about 1 hour.
Mix everything, add a few tablespoons of milk, a knob of butter and a handful of grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with croutons.
