Potato puree
Instructions
Slice the leeks and let them dry in 60 g of butter.
Combine the potatoes peeled and cut into pieces, broth, salt and pepper and bring to cooking the potatoes over medium heat.
Remove from heat and blend.
Put on the fire by adding the milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Marjoram and the rest of the butter.
To mix the ingredients and serve with grated Parmesan.

- 800 g of potatoes
- 50 cl of milk
- 120 g of butter
- 4 leeks
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced marjoram
- 50 cl of broth
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
