Delicate dried chickpeas caprese salad with prawns
Instructions
Put the chickpeas to soak overnight, then immerse them in cold salted water with garlic and Rosemary, bring them to a boil slowly to avoid they become hard and let them cook for 2 hours.
When they are cooked, drain and puree through a sieve.
Clean the prawns, let them boil for 4-5 minutes in salted water (or better yet in fish broth), drain.
Incorporated to chickpea passed a little olive oil, then pour in dishes, by joining the shrimp well.
Served with olive oil and pepper.
