Passatelli in brodo (5)
Instructions
Clean the chicken and put it to boil along with vegetables in a pot of salted water and continue cooking until the chicken is soft.
Meanwhile, mix together all the ingredients for preparing the passatelli, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture that should be left to rest at least 1 hour.
Through the appropriate tool (or, failing that, using the Mashers) pass the dough: you form the passatelli.
Making sure that you don't break, throw them in the broth to boil previously filtered and extinguish the fire just the passatelli climb into the surface.
