Instructions
In a bowl mix bread and grated cheese with melted butter in a double boiler, a pinch of nutmeg, eggs slightly beaten, a big pinch of salt.
The dough should be rather hard, if it is too soft, add more breadcrumbs.
In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil and drop the dough pressandolo hole in a potato masher rather large so that leave a few centimeters short of vermicelli.
Serve with grated cheese.

- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 100 cl of broth
- 30 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
