Instructions

Wash the zucchini and cut into long slices, flour them and fry them.

Then in a pan, put a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of Zucchini and mozzarella cheese, cover with another layer of Zucchini.

Then cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook for 20 minutes.

Serve hot.
