Mushrooms parmigiana
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into fairly thick slices, then pass them in the egg beaten with 1 pinch of salt and breadcrumbs.
Fry the sliced mushrooms in boiling oil and prepare the parmigiana alternating in a baking dish tomato sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Finish with the sauce and the cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

- 1000 g of rather large mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 300 g of mozzarella fior di latte
- 1000 g of tomato sauce
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of salt
