Almond parfait
Instructions
Fry the almonds in a little vegetable oil, blend and let them cool.
Whip the yolks of the eggs.
Mount apart from the whites of eggs until stiff.
Whip the cream with the sugar.
Combine the egg yolks, mix well, add the whipped egg whites.
Mix well and add the almonds.
Put the mixture into a baking pan and place in the freezer for 24 hours.
The parfait served with plain chocolate melted and poured on the servings.

- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 cl of whipping cream
- 200 g almond of without skin
- Seed oil
