Pappardelle and cauliflower cream
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower in salted water.
Remove the florets and put them in a pan with butter and garlic.
Remove garlic, add cream and mash with a fork until the mixture is creamy.
Add the ham cut into strips.
Boil the pasta and dress with plenty of Parmesan.
