Pappardelle with walnuts
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and nuts coarsely chopped insaporitevi, crushed pink peppercorns.
Cook for a few minutes sweet flame stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add parsley.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil salted water, drain pappardelle, lessatevi and rovesciatele on the Walnut Sauce.
Passed on warm plate and serve.

- 320 g of type pasta pappardelle
- 40 g of butter
- 80 g of walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of pink pepper
