Cheese sticks
Instructions
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the grated Parmesan, 40 g butter, softened and cut into pieces, three tablespoons of whipped cream, a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
Work the ingredients together with your hands until you have a consistent and homogeneous paste.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on the work surface and divide the dough into strips about an inch.
Cut each strip into five inches long pieces and place in a greased baking with the rest of the butter.
Sprinkle the sticks with the grated Gruyere cheese and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour, or until they caught a nice golden color.
When cooked, remove them from the oven, transfer it to a serving dish and serve hot.
