Instructions

In 500 g of water add the veggies washed and peeled in case; bring to a boil and cook until reduced by about half water.

Separate the cooking broth from vegetables.

Mix the rice and cream the rabbit in about 200 g of vegetable broth hot, mix ricotta and Parmesan cheese and finish with olive oil-extra virgin.
