Instructions

In 500 g lightly salted water, add the previously cleaned and washed vegetables, bring to a boil and cook until reduced to about half water.

Strain the broth, separate vegetables and reduce the potato to puree.

Add the mashed potatoes to about 200 g of vegetable broth hot, pour in the semolina, rain mix carefully the plaice, add a few drops of lemon oil and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.
