Instructions
Prepare a mixture with 200 g flour 0, 100 g of butter made springs to heat, 1 egg yolk, a pinch of salt and a dash of milk.
Do rest in a warm place for at least half an hour.
Impastalo again on a floured table and disk ricavane half a centimetre thick and 20 cm in diameter.
Ungili slightly on one side with very little olive oil.
Prepare the stuffing with 300 g of cubed mozzarella and 300 g of ham (cooked is better because there is less salty).
Put some stuffing in the center of each disc and bagnane the outline with a beaten egg.
Fold into two disks to form a half-moon shape and close it very good moistening the edges, if necessary, also with a little water.
Ungi outside the press with a little oil and put them in the oven on a greased plate for about 20 minutes at very high temperature.
