Panzerotti stuffed with jam
Instructions
Let the dough thaw, pull it with the rolling pin to a thickness of about 2-3 mm, cut into disks of 5 cm in diameter.
Put a spoonful of jam on each disc, moisten the edges with a bit of egg whites, fold the edges and press.
Brush the panzerotti with egg yolk whisked with a little water, put them in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Just remove them and let them cool are golden.
