Panzanella laziale
Instructions
Slice the bread and soak the slices just a little bit.
Arrange them in individual dishes and top with diced peeled tomatoes, capers (if they are preserved in vinegar do not add other vinegar), anchovies, a little salt, plenty of chopped basil, olive oil.
Let stand for 30 minutes and serve.

- 1000 g of stale bread of genzano
- 8 ripe tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar (optional)
- Capers (optional)
- Anchovies (optional)
- Little of salt
