Instructions
Rub with garlic bread slices, wet them with a little water and squeeze them gently.
Dice tomatoes previously peeled and arrange them on bread with thin slices of onion and celery.
Season with a dash of vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, olive oil.
Let season 10 minutes.

- 4 slices of stale tuscan bread
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 tropea onion
- 1 costa of celery
- Basil
- Garlic
- Olive oil extra-virgin fruity
- 1 dash of wine vinegar
- Sea salt
