Instructions
Boil the milk with the vanilla pod, and then remove the vanilla and pour the milk over the slices of bread in a pot, in order to tighten them up.
Then put them in beaten egg with sugar and then brown them in a pan greased with oil (the inside of the bread slices keep soft).
Serve still warm after having made a few minutes dry on absorbent paper towels, cospargendole sugar or honey.

- 8 slices stale bread
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pod vanilla
- Sugar
- Olive oil
