Instructions
Bring to a boil the cream with the sugar and the vanilla stick.
Remove from heat, add the gelatine, previously softened in cold water, and rum, then cool, stirring continuously.
Pour the mixture in the molds and keep in refrigerator for about an hour.
Turn out and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of fresh cream
- 40 g of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 sheet of isinglass
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 1 stick of vanilla (cue cut in half)
