Raisin buns
Instructions
The doses are for approximately 20 sandwiches.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator about 1 hour before use, to ensure that they soften.
Sift the flour together with the dough yeast and a pinch of salt, then add sugar, raisins washed and dried into a thin sheet, two beaten eggs and butter; mix well all ingredients, combining some tablespoon of milk to get the right softness.
Worked just the dough, then formed big balls a little more than a walnut, hand places them on a buttered plate; a finished work strokes the rolls with beaten egg yolk.
Put them in the oven already warm in 200 degrees bake 20 minutes leaving them.

- 300 g of 00 white flour
- 200 g of sultanas
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 100 g of butter
