Panforte (old recipe)
Instructions
Scald, Peel, roast and grind nuts.
Add the dried fruit into cubes.
Sprinkle with spices, coriander and cinnamon, add 150 g of flour, and mix.
Pour sugar into 1 small pot and let it caramelize.
Incorporate and mix the rest, give it a round shape and flat.
Put on baking plate over the hosts, surround with a circle, bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes.
