Instructions
Take a pot, pour a quart of water about and put on low heat.
Combined with rain the chickpea flour, add salt and stir continuously until a thick dough that will come off from the walls of the pot.
Turn off the heat and add the parsley, then pour the mixture on a marble floor previously moistened with a wet spatula, spread in order to obtain a uniform surface of approximately three millimetres thick.
Let cool and cut into rectangles.
FRY in plenty of hot oil until the rectangle does not reach a golden brown.

- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- For frying:
- Abundant of seed oil
