Bread and nuts
Instructions
Mix Parmesan cheese, walnuts, pine nuts, butter, a pinch of salt and wine just enough to have a fluid mixture.
Mix it to bread dough working well.
Let stand a few hours, then give it the shape of a loaf and bake in hot oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes

- 300 g of bread dough
- 40 g of parmigiano
- 30 g of chopped walnuts kernels
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 15 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet white wine
