Cauliflower bread
Instructions
Boil the whole cauliflower, and pass it to Incorporate the sauce with Swiss cheese, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Mix well then add 1 egg and 2 egg yolks and the egg whites.
Complete with tomato pulp.
Season with salt and transfer to a buttered mold.
Bake in a water bath for 40 minutes.
Garnish with cooked vegetables or with bechamel sauce with cheese.

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of bechamel
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1000 g of sauce tomatoes
- Grated emmenthal cheese
