Fennel bread
Instructions
Place the flour, baking powder dissolved in warm water and salt and knead with the help of beer.
Slowly add the fennel seeds and orange peel.
When the mixture will give shape and compact bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of flour
- 30 g of brewer's yeast
- 20 g of fennel seeds
- 2 cups of beer
- 1 orange (zest)
- Salt
