Zucchini pancakes, brie and cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Beat eggs, flour and salt in a homogeneous mixture and add Parmesan cheese and zucchini.
Grease a pan with the butter and Brown the pancakes.
Add brie, sliced cherry tomatoes, listelline and roll.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, pepper and chives.
Brown 2 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees and serve warm pancakes.
