Instructions
Cut the bread into slices and drop them in a casserole cospargendole of cinnamon; pour a little oil and sprinkle with hot broth by rest.
After 1 hour put the pot on low heat and Cook, stirring often.
To 30 minutes of cooking add the grated cheese, stir and serve with a drizzle of raw oil.

- Little of cinnamon
