Instructions
Wash, slice, season the tomatoes and let them lose water.
Chop the olives and wash the lettuce.
Cut the sandwiches, empty shell of Crumb and rub the inside with garlic.
Fill them with alternating tomatoes, olives, basil, capers and anchovies.
Drizzle with 1 little oil and garnish with lettuce leaves and olives.
Keep in refrigerator before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 sandwiches at big oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 perini tomatoes
- 12 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 20 pitted black olives
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- Lettuce salad
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
