Palombo gratin
Instructions
Arrange the slices of fish in a baking dish and sprinkle with sliced onion very thin rings, preferably new and tender and chopped parsley; now wet with white wine that needs to just get to fish wire.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle each slice of fish with some breadcrumbs and sprinkle some butter flakes.
Passed in the oven for 20 minutes so that the fish Bake and form a nice au gratin at the same time.

- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 2 glasses of white wine
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Salt
