Instructions

Carefully wash the slices of P2 and dry gently with a cloth, taking care not to break them.

Beat the eggs in a deep dish and flavour with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.

Go fish slices in egg, then in bread crumbs, pressing lightly so that the batter adhere well.

Do heat plenty of oil in a pan and friggetevi slices of P2 for about 15 minutes, rigirandole halfway through the cooking.

Drain the fish from the condiment when well browned on all sides and transfer it on a sheet of absorbent paper towel to remove excess absorbed grease.

Arrange the slices of fish on a serving dish, garnish with lemon slices and serve.
