Nettle fried balls
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the squeezed and chopped nettles with ingredients until mixture is soft but dry, form balls with wet hands and FRY in hot oil 140 degrees until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with sauces (tomato fondue, curry, mayonnaise) with soncino or au naturel.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of boiled nettle
- 170 g of potato starch
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast for quiches
- Salt
- Pepper
- Milk
- Frying oil
