Instructions
Go nuts and almonds in the centrifuge, cocoa mix, then bind with a bit of butter and one or two egg whites slightly beaten.
Make it big as walnuts balls, dip into sugar several times and when they are well covered with align on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Put them in the oven at 150 degrees.
When they are swollen and sfornarle dry and leave to cool.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of vanilla sugar
- 100 g of sweet cocoa
- 2 egg whites
- Butter
- 250 g of almonds and hazelnuts, shelled and peeled
