Instructions

Crumble the yeast in a small bowl, sprinkle with a little milk and let rest 15 minutes.

Pour the flour into a bowl with two little spoons of salt.

Quickly knead again and then formed an oval loaf.

Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 1 hour.

If the surface of the bread tends to darken, cover with aluminum foil.

Serve the warm bread, cut into thick slices.
