Sauteed straw and hay
Instructions
In a Pan fry and Brown over low heat a icing with chopped onion in olive oil extra virgin and white wine.
When you add dried peppers, washed and cut into thin strips and diced ham.
Do narrow, but not too much.
Pour the straw and hay cooked in salted water no drain too.
You blast the flame pasta with the sauce.
Served hot.

- 600 g of type hay and straw pasta
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 200 g of ham
- Onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
