Instructions
Cut the zucchini slices not too thin and FRY in hot oil.
Delete so the excess oil and add the egg with a pinch of salt.
Stir quickly so the egg, blending congeal to Zucchini.
Meanwhile let melt the butter in a soup-tureen; Add the zucchini and then just drained pasta.
Finally add the cream, parmesan and some basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
