Potato boats
Instructions
Wash the potatoes carefully using, if necessary, a brush.
Cook for about 30 minutes in lightly salted water, let them cool and Peel.
Thereupon, cut them in half and of long and scavatele as much as possible using a teaspoon.
Be careful not to break them and maintain a thickness of about 1.
5 cm.
Then, separately, in a bowl, pour the diced mozzarella very small, drained and chopped tuna with a fork, the anchovy fillets, cut into small pieces, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix well by mixing all ingredients.
Soon after, lightly salted potato boats and pour the filling in each.
Arrange in a greased baking of olive oil and cook in hot oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve hot immediately.

- 4 large white potatoes
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 6 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
