Veal shanks in wine
Instructions
Clean the Veal Shanks, removing cuticles and flour lightly.
FRY in oil in saucepan 1 the chopped vegetables and, when it is wilted, add the Veal Shanks, salt, and pepper, sprinkle them with herbs and let them Cook, turning them until they occasionally.
Then wet with wine, let it evaporate, then add the tomato and continue cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 veal veal shanks
- 1 box of tomato pulp
- 1 chopped onion, carrot, celery and parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Thyme
- Marjoram
- Chervil
- Flour
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
