Barley and mushrooms
Instructions
Cook barley for 20 minutes, then drain, keeping the cooking water.
Saute chopped garlic, onions and parsley with the butter, add the soaked mushrooms and chopped and cook for 10 minutes, basting occasionally with the cooking water.
Combine the barley, season, moisten with a little wine and evaporate.
Lead to wetting with the cooking broth.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

- 300 g of pearl barley already soaked
- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 50 g of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- White wine
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 1 cipollina
- Meat broth
- Pepper
- Salt
