Instructions
Cut Eggplant into thin slices and grill the slices.
Chop the onion and basil and saute in a large skillet.
Add the chopped ham and shrimp and let them cook for a few minutes, deglazing with wine.
Add the sauce, stir and remove from heat.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish and alternating layers of Eggplant and seasoning.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 2 eggplant
- 200 g of ham
- 100 g of peeled prawns
- 1 cup of bechamel
- 1 glass dry white wine
- == 1 small onion
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
