Put in a pan the onion, celery, carrot and parsley.

Add the water, bring to a boil, add salt.

Lessatevi shrimps, drain.

In the same water boil the potatoes peeled and cut into cubes.

When they are cooked, reduce them to mashed together 30 g butter and warm milk as required.

Now cut the tomatoes into small cubes and sauté them in a pan with the rest of the butter, add salt at the end.

Spread the mashed potatoes in small boats, over lay the shrimp and tomato cubes.

Heat in oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes before serving
