Orecchiette with arugula
Instructions
Blanch for a few moments the Arugula and boil the orecchiette.
Add in 5 tablespoons oil, garlic and chilies.
Mix the anchovies in oil water and undo sweet focus.
Combine the Arugula and make her jump for 3 minutes, by diluting with a little of the pasta cooking water.
Dress orecchiette with rucola after removing the garlic and chilli.
Sprinkle with pecorino cheese.

- 3 pepperroncini piccanti
- 4 salted anchovies
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
