The 4 Cheese boats
Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and dress with butter and grated cheese or four cut into tiny pieces.
Fill the boat with a little dough, cover it with one or two tablespoons of bechamel.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees.

- 50 g of fontina cheese
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- 50 g of caciotta cheese
- 50 g of mozzarella
